Regional School Unit 87 is located in Penobscot County, serving the communities of Carmel and Levant.
Our District is comprised of 3 Schools:
Carmel Elementary (Pre-K - Gr 4)
Suzanne M. Smith Elementary (Pre-K - Gr 5)
Caravel Middle (Grades 5 - 8)
The District has an exclusive contract for all secondary students to attend Hermon High School.
