From the Office of the School Nurse: If your child will need to take medications during the school day due to our extended hours (starting March 1) please request a medication form from the office. This form needs to be filled out by your child's PCP prior to the school being able to dispense any medications. Please be aware due to COVID precautions and our medication policy, medications are to be given at school only if absolutely necessary.
